With the complexity of tariffs overhanging international commerce, we’re trying to keep things as simple as possible.

Here’s what we’re doing.

Shipments to the United States

To keep U.S. deliveries simple and predictable, we now pre-pay tariffs on all eligible parcels.

• Orders under USD $800:
  All import duties and tariffs are prepaid by us through Australia Post’s Zonos system.
  You won’t need to pay tariffs when your flute arrives — the price you see at checkout is tariff-inclusive.

• Orders over USD $800:
  U.S. Customs requires duties and fees to be collected directly from the receiver.
  In these cases, your local courier or USPS will contact you to arrange payment before delivery.

For non US international shoppers: We’re now offering free insured shipping on all orders! Taxes and import duty may still apply depending on your countries laws. These are typically collected by your local courier or customs authority when the parcel arrives.

For Australian shoppers: We’re now offering free insured express shipping on all orders!

How we’re doing this: Some may have noticed the recent price changes across our site. This is because the tariff (US) and shipping (non-US) prices are now being included in the instrument cost. This means that for most shoppers, final checkout prices will be similar to what they would have paid anyway, this method simply means that there are less hidden and surprise fees at checkout and delivery for everyone.
