Domestic Shipping Within Australia

All packages are sent with Australia Post and are insured. During checkout, shipping and insurance will be calculated and automatically added to the cost. The amount charged in checkout is the final amount payable.

Please note that the table is of estimated shipping costs and intended to be used as a rule of thumb. Actual cost will be calculated during checkout. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

International Shipping and Importing

All packages are sent with Australia Post International and are insured. Please note that Australia Post International does not prepay customs or import duty and you may be required to pay import duty, customs or tax on arrival of your package. Please check with your local governments official sources to estimate the cost payable when importing. If you are uncomfortable with this, some sites such as eBay and Etsy may pre-charge for tax or customs and pay on your behalf and purchases can be made via those platforms, however you are likely to end up paying more for the convenience these services offer. Shipping of Custom Order Flutes

Shipping for custom order flutes is charged at the time that the order is made. The flutes will be shipped once finished. If you purchase both custom flutes and currently available flutes in the same order, the available flutes will not be shipped until the custom order flute is completed and all flutes will be shipped at the same time. If you would like your custom order flute and currently available flutes to ship separately, you can purchase them in different orders and each order will be shipped separately.
